Raghubir Menon is a Corporate, M&A and PE Partner at the Firm and the Regional Head for M&A and PE – Mumbai Region.
Raghubir primarily works on matters pertaining to strategic M&A, public M&A and private equity acquisitions. He advises numerous strategics, sovereign wealth funds and large private equity funds in relation to strategic opportunities and acquisitions in India. Raghubir actively represents large corporate clients such as Facebook, Walmart, Flipkart, One97 Communications Limited, Sembcorp and blue chip PE and SWF clients such as KKR, Blackstone, CPPIB, General Atlantic, GIC, ADIA, Temasek and the Public Investment Fund - Saudi Arabia and has worked on some of the largest M&A and PE transactions in India.
Prior to joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Raghubir has worked with White & Case LLP, in London and Singapore for five years. He is a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
