Manish has more than 17 years of experience in cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, spreading across various sectors, including e-commerce, fin-tech, ed-tech, IT & ITES, logistics, real estate education, healthcare, power and renewable energy, airports, roads and other infrastructure, etc.

He has also successfully represented clients in various financial and strategic investments, joint-ventures, acquisitions, divestments & exits, business transfers, corporate and business restructuring, including for dispute settlement, general corporate advisory, etc.

He has been consistently recognized in Chambers and Partners - Global and Asia-Pacific guides, for corporate/M&A and also recognized as a ‘Leading Lawyer’ for Corporate/ M&A category by Legal500.
