Career

Vice-President of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration (since 2014). Appointed as Permanent Arbitrator and Conciliator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Attorney General’s Office (since 2020). Elected President and Judge of the Stock Exchange Court (since 2022). Expert of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice and Human Rights on the draft act on the enforcement of claims in group proceedings (2009), member of the Team for the amendment of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act at the Minister of Justice (2012), the Team for the amendment of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act at the Minister of Justice (2012), the Team of systemic solutions for amicable methods of resolving business disputes, facilitating the performance of business activities at the Minister of Economy (2013), the Team for Commercial Law at the Minister of Development (2015); the Commission for Corporate Governance Reform at the Minister of State Assets (2020). Member of the Polish delegation to the 73-78th session of UNCITRAL Working Group II - Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Conciliation (2021-2023).

Member of the Krakow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Member of The Board of Visitors at the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC (since 2017). Vice chairman of the supervisory board of PFR TFI (2018-2020). Member of the supervisory board of PKO Bank Polski (2020-2024).

Personal

He completed his Master's in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Graduate of the Comparative Legal program in International Commercial Law at UC Davies (California). He graduated from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington (LL.M.). He defended his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
