She has many years of experience providing strategic advice to foreign investors and corporate groups on real estate transactions. She advises investors on high-value, multimillion transactions and the optimization of real estate portfolios, focusing on minimizing risk and maximizing investment value. She also provides ongoing advice on operational matters, supporting the effective growth of clients’ real estate businesses. She has been recognized by leading Polish and international legal rankings, including Benchmark Litigation, Chambers and Partners, and the Rzeczpospolita daily. Her individual recommendations in dispute resolution, litigation, and real estate attest to her specialist expertise and effectiveness in handling complex disputes.

She advises private clients and family businesses on wealth management matters. Her practice includes, among other areas, assistance with intergenerational succession planning, legal risk management, and asset protection.

As a Partner in the Civil and Business Litigation and Negotiation and Mediation Practice, she focuses on the effective resolution of conflicts and the protection of clients’ interests. She assists clients at every key stage of proceedings—from pre-litigation analysis and strategy development, through negotiations and court or arbitration proceedings, to assessing the consequences of a decision and identifying potential further courses of action. When developing comprehensive litigation strategies, she considers the client’s business objectives, possible procedural scenarios, and the associated legal, financial, and reputational risks. She assists clients in preparing for disputes, analyzing evidence, developing legal arguments, and making decisions on whether to initiate, continue, or settle proceedings. In cross-border matters, she works with foreign counsel and assists clients in coordinating actions taken across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience also includes coordinating complex, multifaceted disputes requiring a combination of expertise in civil, commercial, administrative, and regulatory law. In wealth management matters, she represents clients in proceedings concerning succession, asset protection, settlements among heirs, and disputes relating to the management and division of family assets.

As an IMI Certified Mediation Advocate, she assists clients in conducting effective negotiations and mediations, facilitating the prompt and efficient resolution of commercial and civil disputes through settlement. She serves as counsel in numerous proceedings, including international arbitration proceedings. Many of these cases are precedent-setting. She is included on the lists of Recommended Arbitrators maintained by the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation in Warsaw and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. As part of her practice, she has also handled numerous administrative and administrative court proceedings.

She advises clients on competition law, with particular emphasis on regulations affecting the real estate and investment markets. She assists businesses in matters involving acts of unfair competition, including the assessment of competitors’ conduct, the protection of clients’ interests, and the development of strategies for pursuing or defending against claims. She also advises on mitigating the risk of disputes arising from market practices and prepares legal arguments for proceedings concerning infringements of competition law.

She advises on ESG and sustainable development matters, helping businesses comply with environmental requirements applicable to the real estate and investment sectors. She assists clients in obtaining environmental permits, assessing regulatory risks, and implementing strategies consistent with climate policies and responsible investment principles.

As a Doctor of Laws and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Law at the Jagiellonian University, she combines legal practice with academic work, providing clients with precise legal analyses based on the latest research and case law. She is the author of numerous publications, a speaker at conferences and training events, and a lecturer in postgraduate real estate law programs organized by the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
