Career

Having solid experience in the so-called mega-cases (such as Lava Jato/Car Wash), Rafael Gimenes and the team are knowledgeable about advising clients in complex situations straddling multiple areas of practice and multiple jurisdictions.

Rafael advises clients in construction/infrastructure, medical/pharma, telecom, utilities, software, and several regulated and unregulated industries. In addition to carrying out internal investigations, Rafael has experience representing clients on anticorruption matters before the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), as well as in other governmental investigation efforts, counting on the firm's White-Collar defense practice when criminal aspects are part of the picture.
