Guilherme represents private companies in disputes related to construction projects, education and M&A-derived matters, among others. He has over 10 years of experience as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals in domestic commercial arbitrations. In 2023, Guilherme was nominated Mediator before the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC) and the Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber – Brazil (CAMARB), to assist parties in settling their disputes.
Guilherme has been working for Huck, Otranto, Camargo Advogados since 2005.
He took an extension course (2011) in Corporate, Succession, and Tax Strategies at the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He holds an LLB (2007) from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
