Pui Yee is the Head of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Her practice focus is on take-overs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments and corporate and commercial transactions. She has been involved in transactions across a wide range of industries including financial services, energy and power, manufacturing, retail and consumer, hospitality and plantations.

Pui Yee is consistently recognised as a Leading Individual in Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Chambers Global and Chambers Asia-Pacific, and is a Highly Regarded lawyer in M&A by IFLR1000. In Chambers Asia-Pacific, Pui Yee was described as “a leading figure in the market, she regularly acts on major cross-border acquisitions”, and has been praised by sources for being "strategic, giving very commercially sound advice, and is very in tune with the M&A market, not only in Malaysia but throughout Asia”.
