Zandra has extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets-related work including initial public offerings (IPO), equity and debt securities offerings and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Zandra also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, privatisation of public companies, corporate debt restructurings, foreign investments, joint ventures and other general corporate exercises. Some of the significant transactions that she has been involved in include advising three of the largest REITs IPOs in Malaysia, and the disposal of the business, assets and liabilities of one of the largest listed toll expressway operators in Asia.
Zandra is ranked in Chambers Asia-Pacific in Corporate/Commercial: Equity Capital Markets where she is endorsed for having “a strong track record in equity capital markets transactions and has notable specialism in REITs. She is able to assist with both Malaysian and foreign listings.”. Prior to joining Rahmat Lim & Partners, Zandra was a Partner in the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions practice at another large Malaysian law firm for more than eight years.
Zandra is concurrently a partner in Allen & Gledhill LLP, the Firm’s associate firm in Singapore.
