Priyanka Timblo is a trial lawyer representing clients on both sides of the ‘v’ in high-stakes commercial cases nationwide. She has secured eight-and nine-figure judgments in bench and jury trials. Priyanka plays a lead role examining witnesses in the courtroom. She is also skilled at creating and driving pre-trial strategy. Clients and peers have described her to Chambers USA as “an absolute dynamo”; an “amazing trial lawyer”; “tough as nails”; and “extremely effective in the courtroom.”
Priyanka is trial counsel for videogame company Valve Corporation, defending against mass arbitrations brought under the antitrust laws. The claims involve allegations of pricing and other restrictions on videogames sold through the company’s Steam distribution platform. She is also trial counsel for the payment network Visa in its defense of antitrust claims asserted by some of the world’s largest retailers. The claims relate to network rules at the heart of the Visa system. In 2024, Priyanka won a $101 million jury verdict in Arkansas federal court against Walmart (increased to $125 million in post-judgment proceedings). The case involved breach-of-contract claims relating to a half-billion-dollar pandemic-era contract. Other notable representations include a plaintiff-side antitrust class action in the healthcare space, a founder dispute over a luxury day spa, and a fee dispute on behalf of a financial institution.
Career
Prior to joining HSG, Priyanka was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she litigated securities and white collar matters. She clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for the Honorable Eileen Gillese and the Honorable Sarah Pepall. She was previously an investment professional at global legal finance company Omni Bridgeway.

Priyanka previously served on the National Women’s Law Center’s Leadership Advisory Committee and on the planning committee for the New York City Bar Association’s Associate Leadership Institute.
Work Highlights
Priyanka is a frequent speaker at conferences. She has twice presented at the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting, the world’s largest gathering of antitrust and competition lawyers. In 2023, she presented on a panel addressing cross-jurisdictional developments in antitrust class actions. In 2024, she presented at the conference’s mock trial event based on a fact pattern involving antitrust liability arising from the use of AI. Also in 2024, Priyanka presented at ALM’s Women, Influence & Power in Law conference (WIPL), moderating a session on negotiation skills for a panel of general counsel and senior in-house lawyers. In 2025, Priyanka gave a TED-talk style presentation at WIPL.
Priyanka is also a guest on legal podcasts. In 2024, Priyanka was featured on the Law.com Legal Speak podcast along with HSG partner Brendon DeMay to discuss the trial strategy behind their landmark jury verdict against Walmart. In 2025, she was featured on an episode of The Lawyer’s Edge podcast as well as an episode of Khurram’s Quorum, in which she discussed her career trajectory.
Priyanka is a member of HSG’s hiring committee, where she plays a lead role in recruiting the next generation of star litigators. In her pro bono practice, she has led a civil rights case in Louisiana based on excessive force use and successfully represented immigration clients at the Immigration Board of Appeals.
