Career

Priscilla has been at Mayer Brown for over a decade and a has a wide-ranging expertise in banking, corporate and commercial laws. She represents financial institutions, multilateral organizations, equity sponsors, private equity houses and corporate clients on cross-border financing transactions, banking regulatory and related matters, including trade finance, corporate finance, acquisition financings, fund financing and out-of-court debt restructurings. Priscilla is also a member of the Latin American Group, having extensive experience on cross-border Latin America financing transactions acting especially for financial institutions in syndicated finance deals. She has also a particular and deep expertise on deals involving fintechs (payment institutions, credit cards, payment arrangements, etc.), investment funds sponsored by financial institutions, banking regulatory and foreign exchange regulations.

Admitted to the Brazilian Bar and effective member of the Financial Market Law Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law – IBRADEMP.
