Piotr Szczeciński is an M&A counsel in the Corporate department at A&O Shearman Poland. Piotr focuses primarily on transactions in the technology, manufacturing and defence sectors. He also regularly advises private equity sponsors on their acquisitions and divestments in Poland and the broader CEE region. Piotr has vast experience in advising all sides of the deal (including sell-side, buy-side and the insurers). In addition to his experience in M&A transactions, Piotr regularly advises clients on corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and commercial matters, and coordinates multijurisdictional projects for A&O Shearman’s clients. Piotr has also advised clients from the defence sector on defence procurement and offset projects with a value exceeding EUR 30bn.
Piotr’s portfolio of clients includes private equity funds, leading global software groups, global defence groups as well as market leaders operating in various sectors (such as technology, education, insurance and transport).
