Pina Lombardi

Pina specializes in administrative law, both in and out of court assistance, with particular reference to the legal-regulatory context relating to the exercise of administrative action, environment and energy, urban planning and construction, public contracts (including PPP) and administrative sanctions. She developed highly qualified expertise in providing legal assistance in the context of authorization procedures relating to plants for the production of electricity from renewable resources and gained solid experience in acquisitions, financing and refinancing of renewable and traditional power plants, providing assistance to banks (national and international), institutional investors, investment funds/private equity funds (national and international) and other companies involved in energy production, grid infrastructures and gas.
