Phong has involved in almost all BOT&high-profile infrastructure projects in Vietnam including series of power projects such as Omon II, Son My LNG Terminal&Son My 2, Phu My 2.2, Vung Ang 2, Nghi Son 2, Mong Duong 2, Nam Dinh 1, Van Phong 1, Vinh Tan 3, Vinh Tan 1, Sunseap solar, etc. He advised in series of international bonds issued by Vingroup, Novaland, BIM Land, Vincom Retail’s&Vinhomes’ Rule 144A international placement/HOSE listing, among other deals arranged and/or underwriter by Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, JP Morgan, UBS, SCB.
