• Advised B.Grimm in relation to its acquisition of 99.99% charter capital of a holding company in Vietnam to develop two solar projects in Tay Ninh
• Advised Vingroup in the sale of shares of Vinhomes JSC to Credit Suisse-led consortium with the value up to US$300M

• Advised Toyota Tsusho in the acquisition of 35% shares of Vinaconex in Northern Electricity Development & Investment JSC No. 2 who is investing and operating Ngoi Phat hydropower plant in Lao Cai
