Career

Philipp Kinsky is co-founder and partner at Herbst Kinsky attorneys in Vienna.

After his admission to the Austrian Bar in 2001, Philipp worked as partner with leading law firms. He specializes in (cross-border) M&A, venture capital and capital markets and advises, among others, listed companies on complex corporate law as well as on capital markets law aspects. Philipp advised inter alia Marinomed Biotech AG on its recent IPO at the Vienna Stock Exchange. Furthermore he acts as counsel to both venture capital funds and private equity/venture capital financed companies in numerous international M&A and private equity/venture capital transactions.
