Roman Perner is a partner at Schoenherr Vienna and co-heads the firm's corporate / m&a practice. The focus of his practice is cross-border and domestic corporate reorganizations, in particular in the financial industry. Roman specializes in corporate law, m&a and general civil law. He has acted frequently for clients in the financial, construction, packaging and engineering industry in Austria as well as in the CEE region.

He also spent a year at the University of Texas in Austin during his graduate studies. Roman publishes regularly on corporate law matters. Further, he is a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as well as at University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
