Career
Roman Perner is a partner at Schoenherr Vienna and co-heads the firm's corporate / m&a practice. The focus of his practice is cross-border and domestic corporate reorganizations, in particular in the financial industry. Roman specializes in corporate law, m&a and general civil law. He has acted frequently for clients in the financial, construction, packaging and engineering industry in Austria as well as in the CEE region.
Roman holds degrees from the University of Vienna (Mag. iur., 2001, Dr. iur., 2005) and from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (Mag.rer.soc.oec., 2003). He also spent a year at the University of Texas in Austin during his graduate studies. Roman publishes regularly on corporate law matters. Further, he is a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as well as at University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
