Philip has a highly respected practice as an advocate and arbitrator in complex extreme value and high net worth matrimonial financial cases. He regularly acts on cases with an international dimension and those involving complicated corporate and trust structures.

He has appeared in many noteworthy cases, including White v White and Miller v Miller, McFarlane v McFarlane and Mark v Mark all in the House of Lords and Owens v Owens in the Supreme Court.
