Partner Petteri Uoti has concentrated on labour law since late 1980’s.
Since joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 1992, Petteri Uoti has been known both as a trusted advisor and strategic speaking partner to many of the firm’s international and domestic clients in the field of employment law. He has also represented employers in several high-profile landmark cases in general and specialised courts, including the Labour Court, the European Court of Justice, and the Finnish Supreme Court.
Petteri Uoti also serves as the Labour Law Professor of Practice at the Law School of the University of Lapland.

Publications
Author of publications on dispute resolution and employment law. In addition to his professorship in the university, Petteri Uoti serves continuously as a speaker and a chairperson in domestic and international labour law seminars and conferences. He also teaches labour law and non-discrimination legislation to judges on the request of the Finnish National Courts Administration.
