Represents many of Covington's sports and esports clients, including MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, US Olympic & Paralympic Committee, the American Athletic and Atlantic 10 Conferences, Activision Blizzard, and a number of individual teams, owners and lenders. Sports practice includes advice on corporate, ownership, finance, and media matters, including team and stadium financings; team acquisitions and transfers; media, distribution and sponsorship agreements, and other matters. He has significant experience advising clients on a broad range of debt and equity financings and M&A transactions.
