Peter's practice consists of a wide range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and joint ventures / co-investments, and the establishment and operation of Luxembourg investment platforms for private capital clients. Peter is an elected member of the global board of Allen & Overy, and of the board of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association.
