Peter specialises in capital markets, derivative and banking and financial regulation. He has extensive experience in representing various parties (including underwriters, dealers and issuers) on a broad range of capital markets deals, involving debt, equity and derivative instruments. Peter has also advised major financial institutions and corporations on the securities and capital markets regulations in the Slovak Republic and assisted in the preparation of their standard documentation for trading in derivatives and providing investment services. He also has experience advising on PPP projects, regulatory aspects of M&A and reorganisations of financial institutions.
