Peter Grima is a Senior Associate in the firm’s ship finance and energy practice. He graduated from the University of Malta in 2012 and obtained a Master’s degree in Energy Law and Policy from the University of Dundee in 2013.
His main focus is on advisory and transactional matters involving vessels and yachts and he regularly assists leading international banks as lenders in transactions involving mortgages registered over Malta-flag vessels, as well as other security provided by Maltese and non-Maltese companies.
Peter is a member of the Maltese Chamber of Advocates and Malta Maritime Law Association (MMLA).
