Peter is specialized in competition law and has solid experience of domestic and international merger control, competition law disputes and compliance work. He regularly represents clients in proceedings before national competition authorities as well as before the European Commission. In addition, Peter has substantial experience from advising companies and contracting entities in both advisory and contentious public procurement law matters. Peter has recently been involved in matters e.g. in the following sectors: energy, financial services, food and consumer products, forest products, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.
