Mikael has more than 15 years’ of experience of advising arrangers as well as borrowers in a vast array of Swedish, Nordic and International debt finance transactions, including bank financings (leverage finance, cross over and investment grade), direct lending, high yield bonds, EMTN and MTN programmes, sustainable and green finance, regulatory capital (AT1 and T2 and similar instruments), hybrid bonds and hybrid loans, securitisations and other asset backed lending, margin loans, factoring, leasing and OTC derivatives.
