Björn has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2015 and co-heads the firm’s banking & finance practice. Björn has more than 20 years’ experience practicing in the areas of financing, restructuring, capital markets, and private equity in a number of different sectors. He has also had secondments in London and Moscow.
