一、基本情况

谢鹏，1966年11月出生，汉族，中国致公党党员。1990年7月毕业于西南政法大学。从事法律实务工作33年（央企法务工作10年、从事专职律师工作23年）。2001年发起成立重庆坤源律师事务所，并担任副主任职务；2013年整合重庆坤源衡泰律师事务所，担任主任、管委会主任、执委会主任职务、2023年1月任监事会主席。

I. Basic Information

Xie Peng, born November 1966, Han ethnicity, member of the China Zhi Gong Party. Graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in July 1990. He has 33 years of legal practice experience (10 years in legal affairs for central state-owned enterprises, 23 years as a full-time lawyer). In 2001, he initiated the establishment of Chongqing Kunyuan Law Firm and served as Deputy Director. In 2013, he integrated Chongqing Kunyuan Hengtai Law Firm, assuming the roles of Director, Management Committee Director, and Executive Committee Director. In January 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
