The Futian District Court of Shenzhen (深圳市福田区法院) issued a first-instance judgment in December 2020, and Silver Base Trading was compensated for more than CNY 16 million.

[The First Case of Auto Financial Service Fee] He represented Xi’an Lizhixing Automobile Co., Ltd. (西安利之星汽车有限公司) in the fraud case of financial service fee with Yurun FENG. The First Case of Auto Finance Service Fee declares the legality of the regulations on advance payment service fee in the auto sales industry, while avoiding clients from falling into the quagmire of group litigation.
