Our Chongqing team will collaborate with offices nationwide to enhance synergistic service capabilities across the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, delivering more efficient and robust legal support to our clients.

V&T Law Firm has recently added five partners, with Chen Yu, Gu Yuqin, Wu Jie and Xie Peng joining its Chongqing office.

Xie focuses on asset management & investment M&A as well as dispute resolution. Prior to joining V&T, he practiced at K&H Law Firm.

Chen specializes in real estate, construction engineering & infrastructure, and dispute resolution. Before joining V&T, he worked at W&H Law Firm.

Gu’s practice areas cover banking & finance and dispute resolution. Prior to her tenure at V&T, she was with ZHH Law Firm.

Wu focuses on banking & finance, and asset management & investment M&A. Before joining V&T, she practiced at Chongqing Juwer Law Firm.
