Pedro Nicholson is a partner at Beccar Varela, where he heads the Real Estate & Hospitality Department.

Pedro obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina (1991). He obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA, 1994). He also obtained a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Transactions (2006) and a post-graduate degree in Hotel Investments (2009) from the Universidad de San Andrés (2009) He worked as a foreign associate at Hogan & Hartson (USA, 1995).
