Paulo has LL.B./J.D., LL.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Law. He is also considered a “foreign expert” for the Lusophone Africa jurisdictions by major legal rankings. Paulo is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.

Clients leverage his broad project development skills, from the planning and structuring phase (finance, tax, corporate, regulatory and labor planning) through implementation and divestment phases, mainly in the energy sector (oil & gas, power and hydrogen). He also served most of the Brazilian largest multinational companies in their international projects, such as Vale, Itaú, Eletrobrás, AB Inbev, BRF, Eurofarma, Odebrecht, Andrade Gutierrez, Camargo Correa, Concremat, U&M, Fidens, Egesa, CCR, A.R.G., Alpargatas, Ambipar, Romagnole, among others.
