Paulo Rage is a Partner at Mayer Brown, a major international law firm, based in the Dubai and Rio de Janeiro offices and a member of the Corporate and M&A; Global Energy; Middle East and Africa (MEA) and Latin America (LATAM) practice groups.

Paulo has LL.B./J.D., LL.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Law. Paulo is one of the very few lawyers in history to be quadruple-qualified lawyer: UK (England & Wales), UAE (Dubai), EU (Portugal) and Brazil (RJ & MG).
