Based in Rio de Janeiro, Débora advises on regulatory, contractual and corporate matters and has an extensive track record in structuring and implementing large and complex infrastructure and energy projects.
Career
Débora has worked on a variety of infrastructure and energy projects, including large hydro power plants, gas-fired thermo power plants, including LNG-to-power projects, biomass and biogas thermo power plants, wind farms and solar power plants for centralized and distributed generation, interstate power transmission and gas transportation facilities, LNG terminals, hydrogen exploration and production facilities, ports, airports and railroads.
