Pauline Larché-Dmitrieff, counsel, specialises in debt finance and has a recognized expertise in the financing of complex real estate transactions as well as distressed or restructuring financings.
She primarily works with Yannick Le Gall and Pierre Gebarowski on real estate finance transactions and Joanna Gumpelson on restructuring financings. In recent years Pauline has focused on development financings, in particular for life sciences assets and high computing / data centers assets, and distressed financings or complex refinancings in the French real estate debt market in addition to working with our Restructuring group on more global restructurings, such as Emeis restructurings (the firm advised the senior secured creditors) and Altice restructuring (the firm advised Altice).
