Paul Woods

Paul acts for major Australian and multi-national principals and contractors in building, engineering and infrastructure projects. His experience includes the preparation and negotiation of project documents for industrial, commercial, residential and Government infrastructure. He also has extensive experience assisting clients to resolve complex building and engineering disputes.

Paul has worked on projects ranging from ports and airports, tertiary and secondary education buildings, roads, bridges, pipelines, high density residential buildings and renewable energy projects. He is also familiar with all forms dispute resolution in the infrastructure sector including litigation, arbitration, expert determination, statutory adjudication and mediation.

Paul is the Partnership Chair.
