Paul is a partner in our UK Company Commercial group. He specializes in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, governance and private equity.
He has a strong track record of advising a variety of clients in relation to the financial services sector including insurance, foreign exchange, payments, consumer finance and fintechs.
Paul also advises on major projects. He led on the set up of Flood Re, the £2 billion not-for-profit flood reinsurance fund owned and managed by the UK insurance industry. Paul was interim General Counsel for Flood Re Limited, the designated Scheme Administrator, and principal author of the Scheme Document.
