Paul Levine focuses his practice on international investment arbitration, commercial arbitration, asset recovery, and complex litigation related to arbitration award and judgment enforcement. He represents clients ranging from multinational corporations to sovereign governments and high net-worth individuals. Paul has acted for clients across an array of industry sectors in arbitrations conducted under the auspices of ICSID, ICC, PCA, ICDR, SIAC, HKIAC and BVI/IAC, among other arbitral institutions, as well as before state and federal courts.

A former trial attorney in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice, Paul is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches international arbitration.
