Paul Jarvis KC defends and prosecutes in confiscation hearings and enforcement proceedings, and is experienced in handling related appeals. His practice encompasses advising individuals and corporations on the cross-border aspects of money laundering. He is regularly instructed by the CPS Proceeds of Crime Unit to prosecute appeals in the Court of Appeal against the decisions of lower courts, and also by local authorities in respect of confiscation proceedings that arise out of regulatory offending.
