Paul Verbesey is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity group. Paul focuses his practice on the structuring, formation and operation/ongoing management of a variety of private investment vehicles, including real estate funds, private equity funds, natural resources funds and securities funds, and their management companies. His corporate practice has also included work in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, real estate securities and capital markets and venture capital/private equity.
