Paul Cane is a senior counsel in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Mr. Cane represents management in employment matters.
Paul Cane specializes in major motions and appeals. He has two United States Supreme Court victories to his credit, along with numerous others in the lower federal courts, the California Supreme Court, and the California appellate courts. Mr. Cane edited the ABA treatise "Employment Discrimination Law." He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a member of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers. He was editor-in-chief of the law review at the University of California at Berkeley, and formerly served as law clerk to Hon. Lewis F. Powell, Jr., of the U.S. Supreme Court.
