Jeffrey D Wohl

Jeffrey Wohl is a partner of the Paul Hastings' Employment Law Department in San Francisco and serves as the Firm’s Chief Employment Counsel. He represents major national and regional companies in high technology, biotechnology, financial services, retail and other industry sectors in all areas of employment litigation and counseling, including individual and class action discrimination, wage-and-hour, wrongful discharge, and privacy cases. Mr. Wohl is an accredited mediator with the Northern District of California. He also serves as a mediator for parties on a private basis. Mr. Wohl is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He received an A.B. with highest honors from U.C. Berkeley and his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. Mr. Wohl also served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Morey L. Sear in New Orleans.
