Pat is an accomplished corporate lawyer with a broad-based practice that covers public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings (representing both issuers and underwriters); public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions; and general corporate, corporate governance, regulatory and securities advice to numerous clients. He represents clients in diverse industries including financial services, technology, telecommunications, alternative investment management, real estate, healthcare and more. Select clients include ASGN Incorporated, AT&T, CIM Group, Columbia Banking System, J2 Global, Jacobs Engineering, Oaktree Capital Group, PacWest Bancorp, and Zions Bancorporation, National Association, among others. Pat has been widely recognized by leading industry publications and was recently named a BTI Client Service All-Star. He was also recognized as a 2018 Law360 MVP in Banking for helping Zions Bancorporation become the first bank to successfully petition the Financial Stability Oversight Council to formally rescind its designation as a “systemically important financial institution.”
