Patrick is a partner in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office, and specialises in corporate finance law. Patrick advises companies and investors in public and private equity and debt fundraisings, initial public offerings and public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as in respect of cross-border transactions and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Patrick joined the Maples Group in 2011 having previously worked in the Dublin and London offices of a large Irish corporate law firm.
