Bart Hunnekens

Bart co-heads the Employment, Pensions and Mobility practice group in the Netherlands. He has more than 15 years of experience advising Dutch and foreign companies with employment related matters and disputes. As a member of the American Bar Association, Bart regularly assists North-American and other foreign entrepreneurs with setting up and running businesses in the Netherlands.

Due to his extensive knowledge and network, he is particularly equipped to guide foreign companies entering the Dutch market, amongst others in the area of immigration. He takes them by the hand and enables them to make the right decisions. Bart is fully aware of the market conditions and the work climate in the Netherlands and regularly advises on employee benefits matters and equity incentive structures as well.
