Practice Areas
National Business Leader of BLG’s Construction Group and also a partner in the Public-Private Infrastructure Projects and Environmental Law Focus Groups. Practice focuses on the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of large scale construction disputes arising out of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. Also advises on front-end project matters such as tendering and contract negotiation and drafting, as well as providing strategic advice to minimize risk during construction.
