Patricia Brown Holmes is the first African-American woman to be Managing Partner and have her name on the door of a major law firm that is not women- or minority-owned. She is a former state court associate judge and former federal state prosecutor; an experienced trial lawyer often appointed to high stakes “bet-the-company” matters and cases of significant public and political concern. Having practiced law on both sides of the bench in courtrooms at every level, she is a valuable partner, trusted counselor, and powerful asset to a wide range of corporate clients in several industries, including education, transportation, manufacturing, entertainment, industrial, healthcare, and food and beverage.
