Career

Dave Resnicoff is the Chair of the White Collar Defense, Investigations & Compliance practice team at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila. Dave helps clients across the country and around the world manage and defend government investigations, whistleblower allegations, and global compliance obligations in a practical way. Dave brings three decades of combined experience as a federal prosecutor focused on health care fraud, a senior compliance executive with two global life sciences companies, and a law firm partner. He has 20 years of experience in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, much of that for life-sciences companies. He also regularly represents clients in matters involving U.S. health care fraud and abuse regulation, and False Claims Act litigation, among other areas of criminal and civil law enforcement.
