Career
Patricia, a founding partner of CGM, leads the firm’s labor and employment practice, providing both advisory and litigation services to domestic and international companies across a range of industries. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Brazilian Public Ministry of Labor and other government authorities, as well as in union negotiations nationwide.
Patricia also advises on diversity and equality matters, and as part of the firm’s compliance team, she conducts internal investigations related to labor issues. Her expertise includes handling cases involving harassment, discrimination, fraud, and workplace privacy.
In addition, Patricia manages labor projects across multiple countries in Latin America. She serves as the Newsletter Editor for the “Industrial and Employment Relations Law Committee“ and Corporate Counsel Forum Liaison Officer – Employment and Industrial Relations Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
