Founding partner of CGM, Adriano has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, technology and data protection. He also coordinates the areas of digital law and privacy and data protection, and the firm’s technology and innovation group.
Adriano was the co-leader of the Commission of Commercial Law and Practice of the Brazilian Chapter of ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) in 2023. He also volunteers as a Director of the Columbia University Alumni Club of Brazil and member of the Deal Closing Committee and the Deal Flow Committee of the Columbia Alumni Ventures Brazil.
