Maury has over two decades of experience in labor and employment law, advising both domestic and international companies across various industries. He offers strategic guidance on critical HR matters, such as hiring, terminations, compensation package development, internal policy drafting, compliance investigations, and the design of profit-sharing and stock option plans. In the social security sphere, Maury assists clients with cost management and compliance during inspections. His expertise encompasses handling labor and social security aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting foreign companies with their establishment in Brazil, including immigration-related matters.

In addition to leading the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Maury is the coordinator of the Labor Relations Committee of the Brazilian Association of Electric Power Companies (ABCE).
