Marcia has 20 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients in various segments, having been part of CGM since the firm’s foundation. Marcia has extensive experience in large and middle-market M&A deals and advises multinationals investing in Brazil in connection with corporate law and contractual matters. She has been involved in some of the firm’s highest M&A profile cases, while also assisting numerous clients in their daily corporate work. In addition, Marcia is co-head of CGM’s privacy and data protection team. Beyond her legal practice, Marcia is appointed as CGM’s Data Protection Officer – DPO.
