Pascal Hinny specializes in national and international tax planning both for corporates and individuals; a field spanning everything from M&A, IP-structures, financing, Pillar II questions and relocations to private equity and family offices. Pascal regularly represents taxpayers in tax ruling processes, tax audits in court- and MAP proceedings and acts as expert witness both for taxpayers and governmental bodies. 

Pascal Hinny is a full professor of national and international tax law at the law faculty of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and a frequent speaker at professional conferences in tax matters.
